Conformal Coating Masking Discs

Conformal coating masking discs also known as masking dots are used for the protection of areas during the conformal coating process and soldering. They are made of polyester film that provides good abrasion, thermal and chemical resistance.

Conformal coating discscan be used to protect areas that are subject to acid bath etching or mild caustic milling. These conformal coating dots can withstand temperature up to 350°F

Conformal Coating Masking Applications: Used to mask the edges of overlap seams in the metal bonding process, anodizing and bonding.
